Kapok & Latex blend is a natural, plant-based fill that's temperature-regulating and moisture-wicking, with a springier, more supportive feel. PES (polyester fiber balls) is a soft, breathable, hypoallergenic synthetic fill that's lighter and easier to care for. Both offer medium-firm support and are fully adjustable, OEKO-TEX vertified.

The covers are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton or OEKO-TEX® certified cotton sateen. The Kapok & Latex filling is natural but not separately organic-certified (OEKO-TEX® certified), and PES filling (OEKO-TEX® certified) is a synthetic polyester fiber — so "organic" refers specifically to the certified cotton cover, not every component.

Yes — every pillow has a hidden zipper that lets you add or remove filling to personalize the firmness to your preference. We also add a refill bag with every purchase.

Yes, replacement covers are available for most of our pillow styles — look for the "Cover Replacement" listings, or contact us if you don't see your style.

The outer cover is machine washable — remove it and wash with warm water and mild detergent (no bleach). Spot clean the inner pillow as needed. Natural Kapok & Latex filling is not washable!

Unused pillows can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note: we don't provide free return shipping labels — return postage is the customer's responsibility and can be costly, especially for international orders, so we recommend reviewing sizing, filling type, and product details carefully before purchasing. Because pillows are intimate/comfort goods under EU hygiene regulations, used pillows are accepted with a 20% restocking fee to cover the cost of the used cover. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, before shipping. Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded in full — just send us photos.
